I created Permission to Bloom to help individuals, teams, and organizations activate authentic purpose — the spark of human genius that drives clarity, connection, and success.

After nearly two decades leading growth and brand strategy in the renewable energy sector, I felt a deeper calling: to bring together my corporate leadership experience, stakeholder engagement expertise, and advanced coaching certifications to support others in blooming with authenticity.

In a world increasingly shaped by AI, I believe purpose is our most powerful compass. Permission to Bloom is where strategy meets soul — blending systemic coaching, purpose-led brand storytelling, and deep listening to ensure technology serves humanity, not the other way around.

About Glenna Wiseman – A Leader Who Blends Strategy, Soul, and Humanity

Glenna Wiseman brings a unique blend of corporate leadership, spiritual depth, and heartfelt humanity to Permission to Bloom. Over her career, she has worked as an executive, entrepreneur, consultant, mentor, and board member, partnering with organizations of all sizes in the U.S. and abroad — most notably across the renewable energy sector.

Her background in public relations, marketing, and brand strategy includes leading high-impact positioning and stakeholder engagement initiatives that shaped growth and culture across multiple companies.

A Lifelong Student of Consciousness and Purpose

Alongside her professional path, Glenna has spent more than 30 years studying spirituality, human consciousness, and the inner architecture of purpose. She deepened this work through certifications in Systemic Team Coaching (WeQ), Transitional Intelligence (TQ), InnerMBA Leadership, and systems thinking — learning firsthand how inner truth becomes outer leadership, and how purpose becomes a powerful organizing force in times of change.

Systemic Team Coaching® is a process by which a team coach works with a whole team, both when they are together and when they are apart, in order to help them improve both their collective performance and how they work together, and also how they develop their collective leadership to more effectively engage with all their key stakeholder groups to jointly transform the wider business. It is the longest-running worldwide team coaching programs available, which is ICF and EMCC-accredited.

Navigating Transitions Transitional Intelligence (TQ) Coach Certification

Completed: January 2025

Developed by Modern Elder Academy’s Chip Conley and Kari Cardinale, the Navigating Transitions Coach Certification is a robust coaching framework that combines science-backed tools with proven strategies. By addressing both practical and profound psychological aspects of transitions, graduates gain a comprehensive approach to coaching clients, enabling them to provide holistic support.

Inner MBA Certification

Completed: May 2022

The Inner MBA Certification is a 24-week program designed to help entrepreneurs, leaders, executives, and coaches deepen the meaning of their work for themselves and others.

Systemic Team Coaching® Practitioner Certification 

Status: In Process

Systemic Team Coaching® provides a richer, more sustainable learning experience than other forms of team or group development. It is an evolution of coaching methodologies, which enables leaders and organizations to develop in more dramatic ways than traditional coaching allows. For people and organizations with strong coaching skills and an understanding of team development, it also presents an opportunity to expand their practice or organization from working with individuals to enabling teams to function at their highest possible level continually creating value to them, their teams, their organizations and the wider ecology.
